Storylines Margaret Mahy Medal lectures

Each year, the winner of the Storylines Margaret Mahy Medal presents a lecture on a topic of their choice related to children’s literature. These lectures provide a rich resource and insights into the development of New Zealand children’s literature over many years.

Storylines Betty Gilderdale Award lectures

Each year, the winner of the Storylines Betty Gilderdale Award presents the Storylines Spring lecture, generally reflecting on their involvement in and contribution to New Zealand children’s literature. These lectures provide valuable  insights into the contributions dedicated professionals and volunteers have made to New Zealand children’s literature over many years.
