Member Early Access Registration
It’s finally here — and Storylines members are first in line! 🎉✨
Members now have exclusive early access to register for the Storylines National Hui, October 2026, ahead of general registrations opening on 5 March. This is your opportunity to secure a place at one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most inspiring weekends for writers, illustrators, and creative practitioners.
Across two vibrant days, you’ll experience a rich programme of dynamic workshops, thought-provoking panels, keynote presentations, and an exhilarating Pitch Slam featuring leading publishers and agents, including Scholastic NZ, Penguin Random House, Little Moa, Allen & Unwin NZ, Oratia, and Batemans Books.
And of course, the much-loved Saturday night Literary Banquet returns — a highlight of every Hui. This year, you can also purchase additional banquet tickets to share the celebration. 🥂📚
Our outstanding speaker line-up includes Donovan Bixley, Kate De Goldi, Gavin Bishop, Graci Kim, Melinda Szymanik, Juliette MacIver, Swapna Haddow, Giselle Clarkson, Josh Morgan, Elizabeth Knox, and many more creative voices. It’s a rare opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired alongside fellow creators from across the country.
Some workshops have limited capacity, so we encourage you to register early. You may also wish to explore the programme, speaker biographies, and workshop descriptions before booking your sessions.
