Storylines’ part-time Festival/Events Manager and Administrator since 2006, Vicki is proud of her Māori heritage and continues her studies in te reo Māori. With a background in human resources and  vocational training, she worked overseas for a number of years and returned to Aotearoa to rediscover the wonderful taonga of home and her childhood. Through her daughter and work for  Storylines , she has also been rediscovering her love of New Zealand children’s and later YA books and book characters.
