We understand that circumstances can change. Please read the following information carefully.
The Literary Banquet refund policy applies only to stand-alone Literary Banquet tickets purchased separately from a Hui registration. These tickets are not included as part of your Hui purchase.
If you purchased additional Literary Banquet tickets as part of your Hui registration, they are considered part of your Hui booking and are therefore covered by the Hui refund policy.
If Storylines cancels the Hui and/ or the Literary Banquet
You will receive a full refund. Please note that credit card convenience fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the Hui and/ or the Literary Banquet
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Storylines. The following terms apply:
Up to and including 1 August 2026
Hui and Literary Banquet: A full refund will be provided (excluding non-refundable credit card convenience fees).
2 August - 6 September 2026
Hui: An $80 administration fee will be deducted from your refund. (Refund excludes non-refundable credit card convenience fees.)
Literary Banquet: An $15 administration fee will be deducted from your refund. (Refund excludes non-refundable credit card convenience fees.)
From 7 September 2026 onwards
Hui and Literary Banquet: No refunds will be issued.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
