To secure your booking, you must pay in full when making your purchase. In the event that the hui is cancelled or postponed, you will receive a refund of your ticket purchase in full. Credit card service fees will not be refunded. Storylines is not liable for any additional expenses and recommends insurance for travel and accommodation.

Up to and including 1 August 2026
A full refund will be provided (excluding non-refundable credit card convenience fees).
2 August - 6 September 2026
From 7 September 2026 onwards
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
