Kaitrin McMullan

kaitrin mcmullan 2016-507Kaitrin McMullan was born in Scotland  in 1958 and  lived there until she was 2, when she emigrated to New Zealand with her family in tow. She has collected an arts degree, teaching qualifications, 4 children, 2 grandchildren and a coven of friends along the way, plus a galaxy of stories and tell-tales.
Like her mother and grandmother before her, she has told stories from an early age, but unlike them it's been her job for the last 30 years. She has told in libraries and early childhood centres, through to rest homes, festivals, museums and snuggled duvet-down with my grandchildren. She is now also a published author.

Selected bibliography:
  • CDs Worms in the pot (with Liz Weir, 2005), My Cousin Angus (Kat Anna Fiddle 2007), Storypie (HEHA 2008)
  • There was an old woman (Cleanslate Press 2014)
