Chris Mousdale

Chris Mousdale has lived in New Zealand since 1990. Chris studied art at Liverpool Polytechnic then at Canterbury College of Arts in Kent, England. He has illustrated more than 300 articles, features and books for The Listener, New Zealand Herald and Metro. Chris designed and illustrated the republished An Angel At My Table trilogy by Janet Frame and books by Alan Duff, Tessa Duder, Maurice Gee (The Fat Man), and Owen Marshall. He is a three times winner of the Qantas Media Award. He has had a number of solo exhibitions of his paintings as well as many hundreds of illustration commissions for book covers and editorial graphics.
