Chris Slane

Chris Slane was born in 1957 and currently lives in Auckland. He drew cartoons for the student magazine Craccum during his university studies, and  graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Town Planning.

As a freelance cartoonist, illustrator and comic creator, Chris contributes to a wide range of websites, books, magazines and newspapers. His political cartoons and illustrations have appeared in the New Zealand Listener since 1991.
