Alan Trussell-Cullen is a New Zealand children’s author and teacher educator who spends considerable time each year in the United States working with teachers and children in schools. He has written more than 300 books for children for numerous publishers (including Scholastic New York, McGraw-Hill and Pearson Education). Alan has also written comedy for TV (including Billy T James), poetry for kids and, in his words ‘rather weird stage plays’ two of which were entitled How We Brought the Sewer from A to B performed in Dublin and There’ll always be an England and England Will Be Flat performed in Seattle.
