Dee_Pigneguy_1.JPGRead Dee Pignéguy’s well researched science based books and you will find her views on gardening, nutrition, nature and well being are inspired.  Dee’s books are incredibly informative, demonstrating the importance of conservation and sustainability.

Nature’s Techno Tricksis a ground breaking new Kiwi book for readers of all ages. Stunning photographs introduce Biomimetics, a scientific revolution that emulates Nature’s best technology.  Internationally, scientists are studying natural systems and their technology to solve many environmental problems.

Gardening For Planet Earthpresents a new holistic way of looking at gardening based on the cycles that make life on Earth possible.  Mike Pignéguy’s close up photographs, taken mostly in their own “backyard urban farm” will help families create their own edible garden.

Both Mike, a professional skipper, and Dee have had a long association with the sea and together they wrote Boating Fun (2004) and Boating For All (2007)  For 16 years, with their Rare and Endangered Species cruises they introduced people to the conservation islands in the Hauraki Gulf aboard their historic vessel Te Aroha.  

Dee shares stories of the seagoing women she met in her book Saltwater In Her Hair.
