Eirlys Hunter

Eirlys Hunter was born in London in 1952 and moved to Wellington in 1983. She studed Original Composition at Victoria University, completing an MA in creative writing in 1998. She has had short stories published in Landfall and Sport. Her fantasy trilogy, featuring Finn, is very popular. Eirlys has four children, and wrote Finn's stories for her son who was into reading fantasy and playing computer games.
